+ Nite Caps creates an open conversation with my community that pushes culture by bringing together those who hold different kinds of influence and perspectives in our communities including artists, activists, politicians and other community members. Nite Caps is a late night, gathering that provides a space for conversation, growth and community brainstorming in order to continue to see progressive values prosper.

+ Organizing and managing field organizers and over 175 volunteers for Omaha's progressive mayoral candidate, Jasmine Harris. Training dozens of first time volunteers with the intention to create a lasting movement in Omaha. Planning multiple events weekly to clean up neighborhoods, encourage civic engagement and build community. Fundraising efforts on a daily basis.

+ Working within an ecosystems of leaders who center equity and build trust within the communities that we serve. Connecting across identities, industries, and issues to make a collective impact. Learning skills such as fundraising, policy development, coalition building, public speaking and networking. + R & D for my capstone project, creating an AAPI Caucus within the State Democratic Party to not only create space for fostering alliances across the diaspora within the party, but encourage healing from colonization and imperialism.
